Privacy Policy

What we collect

• Account: email, screen name, and authentication records from our identity provider.
• Product use: rankings, picks, receipts, groups you join, follows, reports, and similar competitive records. Those are the product, not optional telemetry.
• Product analytics: named funnel events (signup, ranking submit, share, checkout). Event properties are product facts such as sport or plan — not emails, typed comments, or device fingerprints stored as analytics.
• A short-lived browser session id so a visit can be joined to the signup it produced.
• Sports schedule and result data from licensed or contracted providers. That is vendor data about games, not a dossier on you.
• If you subscribe: Stripe handles card numbers. We store Stripe customer and subscription ids and entitlement status (active, past due, canceled, period end) so Plus can be granted or revoked. We do not store full card numbers.

Why

To run the site, grade picks, show community rankings, keep accounts safe, measure whether the product works, and — only after billing is turned on — to fulfill a paid subscription. We do not sell personal information. We do not run a third-party ad network.

Who else sees it

Hosting, database, email, and (when enabled) payment processors that we use to operate POWERRANK. Public rankings, receipts you share, and public profile fields are visible to other visitors by design. Private teams and private groups stay off those surfaces.

Retention and requests

Competitive history (picks, receipts, ballots) is kept so grades and leaderboards stay honest. Account moderation can hide a profile without silently erasing that history. Contact Support for access or deletion questions. Legal process may require us to keep records.
