A total (over/under) is a number for combined scoring. Over means the teams combine for more than that number. Under means less.
A high-scoring favorite can still go under if the game is slow. A blowout can go over even if one team barely scores. The total is not the same bet as the moneyline.
We only display a total when an authorized market feed stores one. We do not invent a number to look complete.
