Free for every fan who reps an HBCU. POWERRANK+ is not required. Recruiting grows the community. Being right wins.
Scoring (campus-crown-v1-wilson-lb)
- Count only graded winner picks on stored HBCU games (directory match). Same lock and exactly-once grade as the rest of POWERRANK.
- A fan is eligible after 8 such picks, a public profile, and My HBCU set.
- A school is ranked after 5 eligible fans. Below that: Building — not #1 from headcount.
- School score is the Wilson lower bound (z=1.96) of pooled accuracy — small samples shrink toward 50%.
- Fun polls, invites, and referral counts are excluded.
